System.Transactions namespace missing

Dear friends, I am using ASP.NET 2.0 with C# and MSSQL2000 When T try to import System.Transactions namespace,it shows error like
Error 1 The type or namespace name 'Transactions' does not exist in the namespace 'System' (are you missing an assembly reference?why this is showing??:( This is working fine in another downloaded sample application ... Be very grateful for any advice.They laugh at me; they think I’m different. I laugh at them, ‘coz they are all same!!
