So, tomorrow we leave at 05h30, for the Tilodi Wilderness game lodge in the Swartberg, for our company year end getaway. Here are some pictures[^] of the place, and it looks lovely, but what caught my eye quickly was the statement, "Catering is superb bushveld cuisine". I hope some nice game will be on the table. Regardless, it's sure to be a blast of a getaway weekend, my first without a computer since mid September!

looks a bit hard to take, doesnt it :-) having lived in Kenya for 2 years as a kid, I'd love spend some time on the African continent again, but a bit 'up-market', like this . Have fun 'g'

You know, when I first read the title, I thought of 2 things and neither one had to do with what you were talking about!

"Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning." - Rick Cook "There is no wealth like knowledge, no poverty like ignorance." Ali ibn Abi Talib "Animadvertistine, ubicumque stes, fumum recta in faciem ferri?"

I also thought the same. I was about to post about getting down and jiggy with it. Imagine my disappointment when I read the post. It may be good, but I bet my idea would have been so much more fun; (must remember to abide by the Kid Sister Rule).

Aye, the infamous rule! Theoretically you can really stretch a pun's meaning on the rack!

Used to be a time when I had withdrawel symptoms if I did not get at a keyboard for 48 hours. The wife has a picture of me standing outside a computer shop in NZ in the early 90s with twitching fingers. I recently went on a 3 weeks holiday without even a mobile, didn't touch a computer the whole time, ahh bliss.:sigh:

I spent two weeks in Kenya on safari for my honeymoon. While it was incredible, the one disappointment was that the food was all standard catering fare - chicken stir-fry, and beef stew. I wanted some kudu, damnit! Luckily I have now found this.[^]
