They can take away your source of income at the drop of a dime for just about any reason without warning and there ain't shit you can do about it. You are right, but they will fire you out of anger or frustration to take it out on you. They can fire you just because they don't like you for whatever reason. A qualification don't mean shit. You have security when they are dependent on you or you are in a contract. Some employers are nice and will keep you around even though you cost them money and there is no work for you, others will fire you just because.

What I am talking about is that a qualification of any kind does not guarantee you a job of any kind, it only opens the doors to a small market of jobs they may be available. Then you have to compete with people who actually have working experience PERIOD, let alone people who have working experience in the profession that he is "qualified" for. All a qualification is a receipt that says you know shit.
