You are right, but they will fire you out of anger or frustration to take it out on you. They can fire you just because they don't like you for whatever reason. Maybe he has a friend who wants the job and his friend is more important that you so he tells you to go fuck yourself and gives his friend your job plus higher pay. What I am talking about is that a qualification of any kind does not guarantee you a job of any kind, it only opens the doors to a small market of jobs they may be available. Then you have to compete with people who actually have working experience PERIOD, let alone people who have working experience in the profession that he is "qualified" for. All a qualification is a receipt that says you know shit.
