      It's not a seperate executable. Keep "Visual Studio Extension Project" in mind while you look up "IDesigner" in the MSDN documentation.

            Unlikely - they're pushing people towards Blend and VS2008.

              Probably not. They most likely are going to steer people towards VS2008...
