WPF Designer VS2008

Does anyone knows where is the "Windows Presentation Foundation Designer" executable that is shipped with Visual Studio 2008?
It's not a seperate executable. Keep "Visual Studio Extension Project" in mind while you look up "IDesigner" in the MSDN documentation.

Unlikely - they're pushing people towards Blend and VS2008.
