Having a child and not being married is kinda weird. But I feel this is a soapbox topic, isnt it?

I thought I was the only one. When I used to keep girlfriend, there were times I had more than one, and if I could have a child by any of them at will :^) Best regards, Paul.

Thanks leckey, we've know for quite a while. We had another scan at the hospital today and we could see the baby moving its arms and legs this time which was very cool.

IMHO, if you take off all the metaphysical things from the concept "marriage", the only thing you remain with is a contract between a man and a woman in which you accept some legal rights and obligations (i.e. sharing the couple's income, taking care of their children, etc). Thus for me it's not weird at all, since it means that you simply don't want to get those legal rights and obligations (although some are given de facto when children are involved).

Best of luck to you. Get as much sleep while you can. You will need it later. ;-)
