The Mister Know-It-All shows on the Bullwinkle cartoons had always been a favorite of me and my grandfather's. Just about as witty as Calvin's dad in the Calvin and Hobbes comic strips whenever Calvin asks his dad a serious question that he can't or doesn't want to answer.

You need not worry about that. It's the US Spy satellite you will have to keep an eye out for *. But you need not really worry, the White House are monitoring the situation. In a Dirty Harry voice, ask yourself : Do I feel lucky ... * [^]

So much for being PG in the Lounge. Poor kid sisters and kid brothers had to hear that. The poster needs to go into the Soapbox with that kind of language if he's so upset about your White House comment :~

Posting Guidelines: The Lounge is rated PG. If you're about to post something you wouldn't want your kid sister to read then don't post it. No flame wars, no abusive conduct Take careful note of the last two words... Language like that belongs in the Soapbox

Canuck who is a little confused about how safe my country really is. After all according to the Australian government, they are advising caution when travelling to Canada. It's not the terrorism I'm worried about. It's "The wind-chill factor can also create dangerously cold outdoor conditions." that causes me issues ;)

This from the guy who once bragged in this very forum about the spiked tires he bought for his bicycle, so he could ride when it was cold and icy outside? :wtf:
