I play, and I have a mini recording studio in my home. If any of you want, we could write a song cooperatively over the net and record our tracks by swapping cakewalk files. I'm pretty good cause I've been playing since I was 15. Jazz, Rock, Bluegrass, and classical are some styles I've played.

Yes, but can you play Smoke on the Water ? :P Christian I am completely intolerant of stupidity. Stupidity is, of course, anything that doesn't conform to my way of thinking. - Jamie Hale - 29/05/2002

Yes. But I prefer it on the bagpipes. Drives the neighbors nuts.:) There are three types of people in the world: Those who make things happen; those who watch things happen; those who wonder what happened.

LOL I tried to do this with some friends, but it's a lot easier if you're in the sample place. I play the guitar and bass, mainly rock, and if I was online more and had a better internet connection (rather than 56 k modem) I'd give it a go. Cheers, Peter Pearson

Let's do a dance remix of Stairway to Heaven. Can't you just hear the thumping beat and then the guitar and flute intro played on synthesizers, and then some chick over-doing the melody... "There's a la-a-a-a-a-d-e-e-e-e-e-e-e who's sure.... All that Gli-i-i-i-i-i-ters is Go-o-o-o-o-ld! And She's buy-y-y-y-y-y-y-ing a stairway to heav-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-n! Yeah baby! Whoa-oa-oa-oa-Oh Yeah!.... She's buy-y-y-y-ing a stairway-y-y-y-y to heave-e-e-e-en!" (Thump-Thump-Thump-a-Thump...)

"I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?" -xterm

What kinda blues and jazz ? I have been playing since I was a mere tot ( started playing piano in 56 and guitar in 58 ). Like bounce blues and Delta blues quite a bit as well as jazz standards ( ala Joe Pass - Tedesco - et al ). Don't use cakewalk however. I use Finale. Richard Monarchies, aristocracies, and religions....there was never a country where the majority of the people were in their secret hearts loyal to any of these institutions.
