Just bought a new wireless keyboard and mouse. Maybe not exciting to anyone else but I'm drooling. Very good: less than 5 minutes from packet to working. Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave. Luvverly. So now I have the screen, keyboard and mouse. All I need now is to update my pc and I'll be in (atheist) heaven.

During the last two years, I've tested several keyboards. Most of them where almost cheap, around 30$-40$, but none was good actually. I wish instead of having more and more keys on them, I had less pain on my fingers when working. I also wish they use a material in keyboards that don't get tight after a year. (perhaps then, I'll no longer need a hammer on my desktop. :-D just kidding.)

Oh, you poor bugger. Pub-rock music-mates-beer (15+pintjes of stella) - warm fug of cosy humity, enjoying itslf, tellilng jokes, taking the piss out of each other. Cute girls, talking crap, having the piss taken out of you, interesting debate, it truly it, atheist heaven! Food is by way of nice kebab, none of that pita crap you get in the UK, but a good durum kebab, hmm, then sleep, 8 hours of the deepest sleep known to man. And no hangover thanks to good stella, kebab, a liter of water and an asprin before sleep. You are mising out on what is, the true religion, of a beer drinkning north european heathen! Talking of which, do you know what Valhalla is? A big hall, where you get to eat and drink and get drunk with your mates, and wake up the next day and do the whole thing again. Yep, for sure, its a norse pagan heaven! Valhallha!

That's like virtual chocolate ;P (and a number of other things that come to mind, none of which are kid-sister safe).

Test this one: http://www.notestation.com/psk3300.htm[^] Not necessarily from that supplier, just search for psk-3300. It's the only keyboard I've found to be good for programming, I've had it for years, types easily and as well as day one and most importantly doesn't have all those garbage extra keys that programmers have no use for which means the mouse is also nice and close to the keyboard so you don't get shoulder strain as well.

That's only the evening entertainment. You spend the first part of each day battling each other only to be revived for dinner.

Otherwise [Microsoft is] toast in the long term no matter how much money they've got. They would be already if the Linux community didn't have it's head so firmly up it's own command line buffer that it looks like taking 15 years to find the desktop. -- Matthew Faithfull

That is true. And, is particularly prevbalent in the North of England, where getting drunk and then in a fight with your mates is a local variant. :)

Ah, well, for that you need: 1) Stella brewed in Leuven 2) Kebab 3) Asprin 4) Liter of water (in that order but repeating #1 till satiated)
