But the MVP should have gone to the Giant' Defense as a group... Great game!

Manning breaking that tackle is what lead to the win.

That was amazing! simply amazing! And the catch was also amazing. Almost an impossible play.

I think Plaxico Burress also deserved the MVP. Tough to give it to a single person.

I watched it to the end, in the UK, 3am. Was only going to watch the first half but I was so impressed with the NY defence I just had to see if they could keep it up. I recommend Arnica lotion to the NEP QB for relief from extensive bruising.

I still remember having to write your own code in FORTRAN rather than be a cut and paste merchant being pampered by colour coded Intellisense - ahh proper programming - those were the days :)

So did I.... Hardly a classic game, but it was a great last 10 minutes or so... you have to say the Giants deserved it, but likewise have to wonder why the Patriots almost seemed not to care. Still, the same thing can happen in any sport: any one / any team can sometimes let the occasion get the better of them - how often have we, in the UK, been subjected to a dismal FA Cup final, for example... ok this game wasn't that bad, but it was far from being a great one all the same. But you have to admire the Giants' determination, and some great play at the end - congrats to 'em.

I fell asleep during Tom Petty. Woke up with a keyboard imprint on my face and the screen full of garbage. It still compiled under VB 6 though....
