Problems with my webhosts

I've been having an assortment of problems with my webhosts, so have finally decided to right a complaint letter to The Register, in the hope they'll be able to sort it out when the owners of the hosting can't. (I found the hosts from a introductory offer from The Reg, so I figure it is partly their concern) For more info, I've posted the email I've written here[^] -- Help me! I'm turning into a grapefruit!

If you are thinking of dumping your current webhost, might I suggest that you consider eFacilitatorsCom. Its a small outfit (I think) based in the States and they are not only know their stuff but repond very quickly as well. I know cuz they helped me out more than once.
