    Hi every one, i have been assigned task to imlement Cluster Affinity Search Technique (CAST) algorithm in C#, in the data mining application which we are developing. i tried to search for any kind of code and/or implementation steps about it but could not find it. if any one have implemented CAST or worked on it kindly help me.         Yups! the algorithm was basically tested and implemented on gene expression data but i will use it in agriculture data. i have throughly read the algorithm and almost understand the logic and the procedure but there are few things which are still not clear, i.e. how will i calculate the affinity value? and what will be the structure of clusteers? if you worked on this algorithm please tell me details, any kind of help will be appriciated, Thanks in advance...
