      Just establish a connection to your database as you would to any other. connectionstrings.com[^] has plenty of connection string examples for both Access and SQL Express databases.

          I have no idea what you are talking about here. All the information you need in order to connect to the databases you mention can be found in the link I previously sent you and by reading the MSDN documentation.

            ASP.NET is server-based technology. You can not connect to a database on the client machine. You can, using the proper connection string, connect to a remote system. Given the proper permissions of course. Do some research on database connections.
