Every time I reinstall Windows, I need to download the latest version of IE again, since Microsoft won't let you download the installation itself, but you need to download a small file and it connects to MS and downloads the rest for you. This pisses me off, but I'm not the one to bitch... :-O Now I need to install IE6 for a client of mine. Where can I find the full installation then? I rather download it from my place and burn it rather than spend hours in his office waiting for the download to finish. Isaac Sasson, Small time programmer - complainer at large! It is possible to do an offline install using that silly little ie6setup.exe, do a custom install and then click the advanced button, it should bring up a dialog with 2 options, one of them is download for an offline install or somthing like that. If you choose that all the setup program does is download the cabs, you can then burn them to cd and take them to your client or whatever :)

There should be a copy of IE6 on most magazine coverdiscs, and I think there is one on the MSDN DVD's. Have you looked at the Technet website, there might be a full version on there. Michael :-) Look, try and use your intelligence, man, even if you are a politician. - The Doctor

There is a copy of IE6 on the VS.NET Windows Component Update CD. Now the only problem is, do you have VS.NET? Later, Nathan --------------------------- Hmmm... what's a signature?
