I need to be able to conference with more then 2 people so Skype isnt much use. :(

GoToMeeting[^] is a paid video conferencing solution, its much better. If you want, you can try it. Don't know about any free solutions except Skype though.

Oovoo didnt work too well. It literally ground our entire network (all gigabit) to a halt
