      There are various ways: View the HTML, and find the [moviename].swf and just download it. Use some network sniffer that saves data to file, [like NetworkActiv PIAFCTM] and view the page (in a browser that has not cached it (or clear cache)) Or use some swf movie downloader, there are quite a few around. :)

                  If you see the whole flash SWF movie in the first link, then just do file, save as, and you should be able to save it to disk... (not sure if you can in internet explorer, but you can in FireFox, or Opera) :)
