Design Methods ? [moved]

Hi, As a newbie, i am wondering which design methodology should i follow... I want to develop a .Net application in modules. Each module will not depend on other module. So basically i want to code for each module seperately and once all of them are completed. I will bring them together under a single project. So i am just wondering which design methodolgy this will be? I am looking over the google for design methods and there are so many and i am confused. :confused: Thank You Julia

Please check the answer you LOOSERS. What are you guys doing in a software company. You should work in a petrol station. You don't even know how to communicate with ladies. A real bad experience with this code project i had. Definitely it's full of loners. Get a life you all. You need to go out and see the world. Stop being on Code Project all the time and doing nothing.... I made a humble request but you all are getting onto my nerves now. I explained my designing idea and asked for the name of this approach in softwaere development. One word reply was enough or may be even you were not aware of it and you just passing your time here. Its a myth. I've worked a petrol station, I had the same friends after I worked there that I had before... but I did get some interesting stories.... Like the lady who didn't know how to fill up her own car, didn't even know which side to fill up with gas, and was surprised to know where she was... because she forgot her passport and didn't think they would let her across the border. I assured her that the trade agreement between New Mexico and Arizona would allow her to travel to her destination without a passport. And when she returned Texas would probably let her back through, but to prepare her story just in case.... ;)

oh my god You all are just a waste. I am really surprised to see that you all are developers and could not answer my easy question. None of you gave me the one word answer and instead sayin all that crap. NOW JUST READ THE ONE WORD ANSWER YOU ....... Agile Methodology / Incremental development(XP) is the answer to my question. Actually, the answer to your question implies a deeper understanding of the individual methods and their pros and cons. There is a large debate over the exact methodology of "perfection" and there always will be. Agile with a capital 'a' has a large following, and a large number of haters. As with anything, it comes with its share of advantages and disadvantages. With a deeper understanding of the actual methodologies comes an understanding of those pros and cons, and the answer. You can put down the same answer, literally, and I would never hire you, because I would look for the understanding. If you never got that in school, I would suggest more school.
