This series of Dr Who is getting better and better. Planet of the Ood is so cool! Getting Donna now. So lines you up for next weeks episode... Sontarans!

Donna == (middle-aged) Lauren She is wrong, wrong, wrong. And the story lines are better when RTD is writing them. I say bring back Patrick Troughton! :-)

It was a good one, definitely. I notice that one of the old "bad guy" species is back next week...should be fun to watch. :)

But why is it episode 4 of each new series that introduces the old bad guys back in? BTW - apparently the Doctor's daughter is introduced in episode 6. Yup - you read it here first - the Doctor has a child.

I've no idea - but I'm waiting for the radio controlled Loch Ness Monster (from Tom Baker days, I think) to resurface, so maybe that'll be the subject of Episode 4 in the 2009 season...? ;)

I must admit I've not dug around in the episode previews so that's a new one on me.

It was referred to when Sarah Jane Smith returned, although it would be cool if it was brought back, especially if it was with the Zygons.

I read it in an interview with Russell Davies. I'm not that sad that I'll go rooting around for info like that. ;P

The standard disclaimer, of course. To settle that one we'd really have to debate the issue over a pint sometime. ;P ;P ;P

Next time you're up north then, and I'll even get the first round in.

Now that sounds like a plan. Where in the vastness of "up north" are you these days? (I'm from Bishop Auckland, but I don't have family up there anymore).

Hah. Well, we do have several decent hostelries in the area where you can satisfy yourself with a small libation or two.
