I thought I had changed the subject to OT but apparently my mind is in another world tonight. I love the hippo, "Honestly! Who throws salad?" I just like to pick a random page and I always smile. I find it funny how people want to cuddle koalas--those stinkly things...

and its going to be on Vodafone :( They could have at least chosen a company that has good coverage (btw.. despite what phone companies see to think, having good coverage in capital cities does not mean you have good coverage in general)

AFAIK, the iPhone can be unlocked, and thus work with any operator (except 3G-operators). What you have to do is to "jailbreak" and "octoprep" it. (Google for those terms). But it will void the warranty.

Exactly what I thought. What a waste. Ah well - while I love the iPhone UI I love having a device that actually allows me to work even better. I'll stick to my Wifi enabled, QWERTY keyboard, week-long battery life, camera and flash enabled super-light Blackberry.

        cheers, Chris Maunder

I'm sorry. It's all my fault. I never should have uttered the phrase "there can never be an internet meme more asinine than 'all your base belong to us'". Meanwhile I think I've conclusively proved two things. 1) There is a Devil. 2) If there is a God, it's weaker than the Devil.

*mutter mutter* mongrel thing. My Mac book pro is a thing of art tho. I am starting to get used to OC, and to apps having a hundred windows open that don't all get moved to the front when you select one.
