Last year I had my eyes tested because I had a headache almost every night and had trouble reading road-signs. Back then the headaches left me and my sight was acceptable. But since a couple of months I have the same issue, but now worse. So I got my eyes checked again and this time, I needed to be fixed ;P It makes a huge difference with glasses! I digg that eye doctor thingie.

Whenever you see those laser surgery places there are loads of staff wearing glasses. If the surgery is so safe why don't they have it done?

Are you familiar with the proverb that says "The doors of the carpenter are disjointed"

My hesitation going for surgery is that I believe with advances in technology, muscular therapy may gain more widespread acceptance in correcting vision, and surgery would permanently rule out any type of muscular 'rehabilitation' for my eyes. I mean, they only went bad when I turned thirteen, while I was busy finding out about 'other things' that are suppose to make you blind. :~

No, this proverb means that no one of any profession work for himself or his awn house the same way he works at his job

Anyone considered price? Correct me if I'm wrong, but, laser surgery tends to cost... A LOT!

Are you saying that these laser eye specialists don't work to such high standards when firing lasers into people's eyes at home?
