      Ok it seems that we are both right because if you look at the right side of the page of the link you gave it to me you will see "Canberra (or Melbourne)" so they are the same city with different names.

            You have twenty Million Australians thinking what a fool yau are...and believe me, they like a fool. CANBERRA (ACT - Australian Capital Territory)IS the capital of Australia. Melbourne is Melbourne....not CANBERRA Sydney is expensive to live in. :sigh:

              No. The capital is Canberra[^]. Melbourne is the state capital of Victoria, not the capital of Australia.

                    Yes they are look again at the link you will see just above the mape says Canberra (or Melbourne)

If you look again at the link I gave you, specifically this: Clickety[^] You will note the map and you will note that there are in fact two cities, Melbourne and Canberra, and guess what? They're in two different locations. So unless you can explain your alternate plane of reality, they are two distinct places in this plane and not different names for the same city.
