New film next year[^] :-D Just wondering, how have other countries coped with the last film? Best film of the year in my opinion. Nothing to do with role models...

Quandary: Do I admit to a uniform fetish, or deny all knowledge? :~ Ah, hell with it: I really enjoyed the remake. They made a really good job of capturing the spirit of the original films, without botching the job by trying to contemporise too much. Roll-on the sequel! [Starts rubbing thighs in a Vic Reeves style :) ].

It's one of those films that operates on two levels, for children and adults, best british film of the year.

I will certainly look into it. It looks like the movie version of the cheeky song though :~

I wish they'd do something as funny as (but not a remake of) Kind Hearts and Coronets. That surely is one of the funniest films ever made.

From TFMMH: "You don't think like her at all. She sounds quite nice, but you're a complete arse-head! And anyway, stop mucking around on that computer and come to bed." I've been told :-\

reading this coincided with hearing the great news on the radio...honestly though i watched it to see how the new style compared to that of the old ealing comedy style..though a second viewing was required.
