A Canadian man who found a dead fly in his bottled water and claimed it ruined his sex life, hair salon business and even made it hard for him to shower lost his legal bid for redress on Thursday. Waddah Mustapha of Windsor, Ontario had said in court documents that he and his wife saw a dead fly, and later half of another dead fly, in an unopened bottle of drinking water delivered to their home in November 2001.[^]

The sad part is that it went up to the Supreme Court of Canada. I wonder who paid for the lawyers !! that alone would ruin my sex life.

A nice thing about Canadian law is that the person initiating the lawsuit is usually responsible for all legal costs if they lose. That guy is going to have to pony up a lot of cash. It really cuts down on frivolous lawsuits. Cheers, Drew.

Silly as it sounds, yes. I had a neighbor who owned his own Hair Salon, his wife was HOT! He was a big Biker fan, road a huge Harley, all customized and hung out (no pun intended) with a bunch of other biker guys who all had pretty cute girlfriends/wives. Can't say for positive he was hetero (none of my business), but he made lots of cash in that business and mostly chicks worked for him.
