For those that complained about FF2 not working well here... has FF3 fixed your problems? I'm using it now and my vote isn't in yet. I'm super hopeful I can return to FF as my primary browser. I removed all my add-ons took her back to bare metal. Hopefully I'll be back in business with FF3. Looks like CPhog is working now. That's only been jacked up for the last 3 months. That's cool!

Well, i've been using it for about three months now, and... oh. Sorry... ;P Seriously though, it's great. I tend to keep a lot of tabs open when i'm researching, and this would tend to slow FF2 down considerably (to say nothing of the rest of my system when memory usage hit half a gig) - no more. Using IE7 is even more annoying (why does it take so damn long to open a new tab?!) Even Opera, once my browser of choice for certain brutal sites, is gathering dust now.

It really messed up my font sizes on 64 bit gentoo linux. The current font is way too big and yet the gmail font is a little small. And my default theme (Noia Extreme) no longer worked. Perhaps the two are related. It appears to work a little faster and now it will remember my bank password (the bank has made it more difficult for that to work).

I installed it this morning, and so far all my addons work fine (except Firebug, that just needed to be manually updated to version 1.2). It is faster than 2.0 on the exact same machine and with the same addons. Moreover, it better integrates with the Windows GUI, even in Vista. One thing that really annoys me is that, with the Google Maps API, polygons and polylines are non drawn using SVG anymore. They're rendered as images by the server instead, significantly increasing the load time (we develop an application that uses Google Maps, in case you're wondering). This seems to be a known problem, but so far there is no solution. At any rate, most of our users use IE, so for now it's not a big problem.
