    Hi , I have been asked to build an asp.net site to create a ticket tracking site. When a vendor sends an issue by mail his mail gets logged with id to any of the five helpdesk personell logged in one of the checks out the request to himself to answer. For example call log id 1: I have not recd payment for PO 998 is the mail sent by vendor. The helpdesk sees this request and asks details by mail Call log id 1 reply : We do not have your account number pls provide the same The vendor replies with account number by mail Now how do i link the mail coming from out side to the original mail so that the helpdesk is aware of the ticket histroy. Please note all interaction is happening through mail.Any help in letting me know how to implement mail tracking it would be great. Thanks, Hemanth
