They mean read the forum rules, this forum is the lounge and has "Do not ask programming questions here" You will get better less stressed responses if you use the correct forum Good luck

It means you're in the wrong place: if you want answers to questions you need to ask them in the right forum and this, as you would have seen had you bothered to look, is not it. Well, start with the message that says 'Please do not post programming questions here'. Then, there's a link there to the list of forums, OR you can just move the mouse over the Message Boards item on the top right ( I admit this last bit does not jump out at you ). We have an ASP.NET forum and a Web Dev one for other platforms.
