Availability of "Terminal Service Manger" type utility in Windows XP

There is a tool "Terminal Service Manger" available in Windows 2k3, does anyone know is there in any tool available in Windows XP like "Terminal Service Manger". Note: By mistake I have put this question in "General Discussion" Forum, so putting it at this forum and removing it from that forum.
