We use Unfuddle[^], and it's excellent.

We had MKS Integrity, Fogbugz, and now IBM rational ClearQuest. Plus, of course, Excel at some extent.

I recently evaluated around 10 Web based Bug/Issue Tracking products and settled on Redmine http://www.redmine.org and am very satisfied with the choice. It has a far better UI than products like Mantis and BugZilla and makes them like old and clunky.

Well, they all did well but ClearQuest. This was in different company, so different scales. But I must reckon that Fogbugz, associated with subversion, is awesome (for a small company).

We have no bugs, therefore no need for a bug tracker.

We have bugzilla, but everyone hates it and refuses to use it except one hardware engineer. I'm trying to get us to purchase TestTrack Pro.

eh? its okay. There are pros and cons for any system. Right now bugzilla, for all its quirks and problems, is getting the job done. When it no longer gets the job done, we'll change.

Yes, exactly. :D I can't quite put my finger on it. For small companies it is definitely a great product, though you might find competitors that offer more features or, simply, are free. What drives it for me, I guess, is a product that breathes "by developers - for developers". Plus, Joels blog sold me his criteria for a great bug tracker long before I was shopping for one :)
