Seriously, if you knew their website, you must also know that the information you need will be available over there. It is just a matter of how you locate it. Sorry to bother, actually I tried to find that info from "western union" site but unable to find the exact info which I need that’s why I put that question here, if someone already knows that then I have not do some extra effort in finding of that.

Did you call them (usually they have a toll-free number)?? Try thier help desk, it's probably located in India anyway so you should get all the info you need.

Forget about Western Union, use the bank wire transfer instead. I used their services once to pay some fees. They charge me $16 to transfer $100 from Bulgaria to US. And AFAK this is not a “flat” tax. Not to mention that the whole procedure took 40 minutes/a plenty of paperwork/.
