A must see band - Electric Eel Shock[^] - I've just watched them play to a crowd of 50 (at most) at Nottingham Rock City - they were AWESOME!!! They had more enthusiasm and put on a better show than any band I've seen in a long time, even with such a small audience. I can't remember the last time I came out of a gig with such a wide grin on my face :-) What sort of band are they? Well, they call themselves garage metal - their sped-up cover of Iron Man (probably 4x faster than the Sabbath original) probably sets the tone!

It's my most common gig venue these days - seen some good bands there.
