Not really. I was merely precocious. I did this as a kid to tee off the flat earthers.

Hey - I made some good money from NASA faking those up. It was done entirely with string, a beach ball, 2 Kens and a Barbie doll (don't ask, but "Buzz" should really be Buzzina) and a couple of toilet roll tubes.

Hell, I can see the "landing site" from my house, if I stand on the roof. If I'd only known then - I could have purchased the site for about $500 an acre. I was planning on grabbing the lander to sell to a steel recycler, but some guys in a black helicopter beat me to it.

Well, you've proven yourself a liar! There's no way you could have done it without sticky-back plastic!

And are their olympians digitized as well? If so, we're screwed. :wtf:

I dont think it matters how they did it. If the end result was still spectacular

I think your title is very misleading for people who are too lazy to read the whole article. It actually all happened but just to make sure the 3bil people at home would have a good show, they faked it with CGI's exactly like it happened in real life. There is absolutely no way that in my life time, any other organising country will surpass what those crazy chinese did. And I'm only 22.
