Knit complex lace shawls - round and round and round Or multicoloured socks. Or sculpt dolls with millions of tiny stiches

You could buy something cheap, ready to fly for 100USD, or you could buy anything up to a twin gas turbine F-18 for 20,000USD

You have to be hooked up to shell out that sum for F-18. ;) I would definitely be looking at the lower range (hence I said crappy) just to try. Thanks.

You should look for anything made by Parkzone. For around 250USD you'll get everything you need to get a model in the air. Best to start with something high wing that flies slowly like a Cessna or similar. I'd also fly it first time with someone who has done it before. Maybe find a local club and ask for help.

either the beach or cooking. Something about the lo-tech of making a fancy meal and accepting accolades clears out the brain.

Backpacking into the mountains where there are no electronic gadgets and even the cell phones don't work.

I watch TV, read science fiction, drink beer with my friends and cook.

Drill approximately 0.30" diameter holes in paper at a distance of 100 yards.

By playing guitar... If I'm in a mellow mood, it's finger-picking on my Martin. If I'm stressed or otherwise need to let it out, it's shredding on my Les Paul with my Mesa Boogie's gain way up.

After my wife cooks dinner and we eat, I do the dishes. Thats pretty mindless work for me and helps keep me active.

I do woodworking. My latest project was a full entertainment center that mounts on the wall around my plasma. :) agi20dla
