Chrome Bug - Multiprocess (Thread) Question
-
From what I understand, each tab that is opened is supposed to be its own process. Looking at the memory manager, each tab has its own memory. Interestingly, if you use something like reader and click a heading it opens a new tab. The kicker is that this tab is a child of the parent tab in the memory profile and is not separate. So there should be two process but there is only one. On the other hand if you right click and choose open tab then it opens a tab in a separate thread. Is this a bug or intended?

If it is going to eat my system resource in a way that is a bit more unwarranted, I call it a bug. When they don't keep fixing it in coming releases, I would have it kicked off and get a better software though. The software should facilitate me in my other tasks. If it is going to be an impediment, then it shall be directed to 'Recycle Bin'.
