Man, this sucks! I'm nuts about cheese, I'm just totally wacko when it comes to the stuff. My wife just came back from her shopping expedition and she came back with the following: 1. Stilton cheese (this will be the first time I try this :yum:) 2. English Red Cheddar, so sharp it'll make slices out of your tongue 3. English White Cheddar with berries I can't wait till I can try them :D

It may be the last, it is an acquired taste, if you like other blue cheeses you should love it, but it is strong. Personally I could eat it by the bucket load! :)

I just tried some Vintage Chedder and I am not a big fan of it on crackers, however, I put it on some pasta and meat sauce and it was amazing. I never knew how shelter a life I had lead as an American until I started trying non-Americanized food stuffs.
