Well, its not those words precisely, but I was trying to keep it as kid sister friendly as possibly. The expletive used is f****ed, plain and simple.
We oft-a-whiles used Bollocksed, as in "Damn thing is bollocksed again"

Nothing - our applications don't crash. ;P They merely have unplanned stopoffs on the way to wellbeing.

Barf or Puke when it spews info onto the screen as it dies. Grenade if it takes out surrounding data/apps. I'm sure followers of Tron could come up with a few more. :-D

'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the bucket. 'E's shuffled off 'is mortal coil. Run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile! THIS... IS...
