Depleted Depleted is a synonym for Low. After a single shot of medicine or drug you are high, when the high works out you are low. Highlight – high & light (antonym for high is Low) Drug- when medicine is abused Rate- tempo One- single or 1 Point- point of a needle So... Am I right?

Alas no, you have actually over complicated it. Think of a drug, add a rate, like? one point.

How do you determine the difficulty? An algorithm? Or does it freely spill from your incisive mind?

It vomits, fluently and at a whim, but the basic algorithm is this... Have I had to think for a) 1 minute b) 3 minutes or c) since yesterday. a is easy b is hard c is fiendish you haven't seen a d yet! :) The hard part is coming up with a word to clue, there are many, but you need one that can be clued in such a way that it is gettable and isn't obvious, it is harder than you think BTW I am on holiday soon, would you deputise for me for ten work days if I send you some words/solutions?

You're probably better off getting someone reliable to do it. I'm 100% sure I would fuck it up somehow.

Well I only considered you because you a holophile, I would have asked one of the regulars but they like to solve them, ( I noticed you never have ( ;) ) and therefore would have been an excellent deputy). It is ok, though, I will ask elsewhere and explain your damnedable laziness as the result of youthful ennui!

I could if you really wanted me to. :)

Congrats by the way! 3000 posts! I will email them to you later, all you have to do is (actually it is only 8, I can do Friday, and I will be back on the Thursday Week!) Type them up and mark as CCC. Remember that the answer and the solution is required and award smugness and swagger points as you see fit.

I'm intrigued by this word. Google[^] wonders if you meant "holyfile", which it also fails to define, but I can only assume refers to some form of sacred document. Following on from your post below, I briefly considered that halophile[^] was the intended word, but I can't imagine why Ravel's affinity for salt would make him an appropriate stand in.

Just make sure that you send me every single possible instruction you could possibly envisage anyone needing, in any circumstance, ever. No irrelevant detail too irrelevant, no minutiae too minute, that kinda thing.

Well, the "holo" part of hologram comes from Greek for "whole". So I'm guessing holophile is someone who loves everything?

Indeed, if it isn't a real word, it damn well ought to be!

Ahhh, that makes sense. I did consider 'love of holograms' but dismissed it as not really practical with today's technology, we'll have to wait for star trek style holodecks. ;) Let down by my insufficient knowledge of Greek.
