If you discovered the Fountain of Youth, and had the ability to live in perpetual perfection, at what age would you be? Personally I think 28 would be great (If only, 42 now!) Old enough to be serious, young enough to be handsome, attractive and wonderful!

21 would be it for me! Just old enough to be considered an adult.

Well when I was 28 I met my wife, she was 17, but if she was 22 it would be better, she had more confidence then.

I'm more picky - mind as now, body at 21. And if the Fountain of Youth, as discovered, can't handle this I'll just keep searching for one that does!

Somewhere around 33 1/3  That was the point were my life/work took a huge shift on meeting my wife to be. Or maybe 35, the birth of my first daughter. Wait! It has to be 38 when Ickle arrived. Or even last night when I got home after work and was greeted as I walked through the door by my three lovelies. The honest answer is that there were some perfect moments, but they're past. I'm lloking forward to the next perfect moment, it maybe tonight or next year. That's the best bit about being a cranky 'old' git. [41 and still counting]

Either that or upgrade to Fiancée 2.0 - which is a real pain in the posterior because you inevitably have to through the Courtship certification process in order to get a new Girlfriend certificate, followed by months of studying (both theoretical and the practical "Living Together" course) for Partner Status and then, and only then, can you start on the long on winding road to marriage... ... in retrospect, lets pretend I never brought it up :)

I think I'm at my perfect age, 41. Just recently I became a grandmother to a beautiful little girl. My son-in-law took a picture of us with my iPhone and uploaded it to my photoblog. I didn't realize he took a picture of me and the baby, I thought he was taking one of the baby only. Here's the pic[^] When I'm out with my daughter and the baby everyone thinks the baby is mine and always say I don't look old enough to be a grandmother. I think it's a subjective thing, but I'm flattered none-the-less. My life has been blessed and I've only just realized it. I may be unhappy with the crappy 4 hour-round-trip commute, but at least I have a job, a house, and a family. My only regret is now that I'm finally with Mr. Wright (a play on his last name and that fact that he is so right for me) I wish we hadn't lost the 26 years in between when I first fell for him and now. I was 15 and he was 17.

The more interesting, and important!, question is: what age would you prefer your partner to be, given the discovery of the Fountain of youth? :)

I would say 25 to 28 for that any younger and I feel like I am looking at a child.

If you discovered the Fountain of Youth, and had the ability to live in perpetual perfection, at what age would you be? Personally I think 28 would be great (If only, 42 now!) Old enough to be serious, young enough to be handsome, attractive and wonderful!

It seems to me that your question is a contradiction in terms. Living is a process. The only way to stop that process is to die.

Aw, thank you, I think? Is that a good or bad thing? I often wonder. I mean, I had my daughter when I was 21, so I wasn't a teen mother. But when people tell me they think I'm 32 - 35 and can't believe I'm a grandmother, I don't want them thinking I was a teen mom which was so not acceptable back in the day. :sigh:
