Sony has come up with a big line of robotic gadgets like this...not sure how many customers they have for such no-use, exorbitantly priced, amusement products... :doh:

I don't know the max speed of the servos, but the choreography is up to the users. There is an Auto setting, where it tries to interpret the beat, etc. and randomly flails around.
