Followup to the Hurricane Ike photos

Someone posted a great link to Hurricane Ike photos a few days ago. There was one poignant picture of a sole home left standing amidst total destruction. Some, on the internet, said it was a fake. It wasn't. CNN posted a story on it: http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/09/18/ike.last.house.standing/index.html?eref=rss_topstories

I posted the earlier pictures, and noticed that one as well. Turns out (if I got the right house) the owners built that houst to withstand a Cat 5 hurricane, which it did. Problem is that the state is looking at declaring that land as "Public" due to the tide lines now being further in land then before, which means no one will be able to rebuild there. That's still being discussed of course.
