Generation of Report in .NET from whatever comments in Solution file.

Hello, There is internal feature of .NET that we can generate Report from comments. Can anybody give any idea, how to do this. Thanks

Actually i want to generate Document in Visual Studio. I thought there is internal feature in Visual Studio .NET that it will show all the commments in Documentation formate.
