I was just writing a 'contact us' page and I was thinking how dull it was looking, so I was wondering if any knew of a nice looking 'contact us' page that I could use as *ahem* inspiration? This isn't a coding query. Thanks

Whatever you do, make it easy to find!! I hate burrowing through sites just to find a contact address. It really gives the impression the company doesn't want to hear from you, which is not a good impression to give. On that note, if you're interested in feedback and user opinions, and giving the impression you care about them, check out UserVoice[^]/. Here's a sample page I created for my upcoming OrangeNote program: http://orangenote.uservoice.com/[^] Logan

It depends what perspective you're looking at it from - from a corporate view you'll want to make the support team as difficult to reach as possible (or even use a wrong address?), however from a consumer point of view you'll want it to be as easy to find as possible.. Seems like a dilemma to me  Regards, --Perspx

In which perspective are you looking at? 1) Beguile Fancy Designs, splashing colors all around? 2) Smartness to suggest users from KB based on the text entered?

Do you mean a contact us page that just displays info, or one for suggestions or problems? If it's for suggestions or problems... The other day I was looking for the contact us page at apple.com. It took me a while to find it, but it was pretty nice once I did. They have a nice setup with drop downs to select what productyou are contacting them for and why. It was very easy to use. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I like the page of information approach and the FAQs - not strictly what I was after, but now that I've seen it I think that it will be useful. Cheers.

I think that punters will generally check the top and bottom of the home page for contact us info - as long as it is in either place I think that's enough. Never seen UserVoice before - looks interesting as long as there is enough traffic. Good idea though.

LOL. I'd like contact us to be found I think - so I'll place it in the footer of every page.

My point was as long as it's on the homepage and not buried under countless other quasi-related pages like home->support->technical help->issues->where to get help->contact->faq->last resort->email :)

Nice and subtle, did the like the free consultation graphic touch - that is what catches the quick scan. Thanks.

I was just looking for inspiration. I guess that wordy and subtle rather than flashy and colourful - the apple one is a good start point. Thanks for taking the time.
