If there are things that you don't discuss with anyone, that doesn't mean you're not honest. It's perfectly normal IMO. Use private and public according to need.

I am only completely honest with myself. There are some things best left unsaid. So how many people are completely honest with themselves and dont just fool themselves into believing mental manifestations?

I think Catholics have things called confessionals. Maybe you could sneak in?

But isn't it better to keep notes of such things, and may be go through them all when you are old enough to stop working ;) I just wanted to know what people do. I've seen people writing personal dairies (hard copy), some keeping notes on their mobile phones, some saving notes in emails, some others in their blogs (censored stuff only), and so on.

Why would you feel the need to expose your inner thoughts and feelings to anyone, much less a bunch of strangers? Bizarre. Have you thought that no one else is remotely interested? Get a pet.

I am not even 100% honest with myself! I do not stop and take stock of my life, I carry on in the manner to which I am accustomed, and as my Father taughtme, Never Apologise, Never Explain, unless you really have to!

100% is a tough number. I guess only during prayer are you going to get 100% out of me. The SO gets 99.9% but she sometimes asks questions where the only good answer stretches the truth (and my principals) a little. Consider the situation where she has put the fourth dress on and she is unsatisfied with that and you wanted her to just put the first (more sexy) one back on and then she asks you does this one look fine and you are already 30 minutes late. And then there are children, you can not tell them 100% of the truth for every question they will ask you.

Yeah, you are correct. But lets conclude that nobody can be 100% honest about their feelings to anyone! Mostly because that might someone else's feelings.
