Good evening each! I have just installed FireFox 3.0.3 and am trying it out as a replacement for IE7. I have noticed that several posters stated that they use FireFox so I would be grateful if they (or anyone else with an opinion) would recommend any Add-Ins as vital, useful, waste of space etc. Ta very much. :)

Add-Ins with Firefox is both a blessing and a curse. They add nice features, but you have to choose those that have active development. With ever minor update to FF, it has to update your plig-ins and if they have not been updated, they may be dead in the water. There was one I really liked that allowed you to highlight text and click a button to have it read to you. Great tool when your eyes are tired or soemthing else demands you attention. That died out long ago to to lack of development. Of course, the old version no longer worked.

If you do web development the color picker, as well as firebug are great.

I didn't get any requirements for the signature

Good evening each! I have just installed FireFox 3.0.3 and am trying it out as a replacement for IE7. I have noticed that several posters stated that they use FireFox so I would be grateful if they (or anyone else with an opinion) would recommend any Add-Ins as vital, useful, waste of space etc. Ta very much. :)

I didn't see anyone suggest DownloadHelper. It's great for saving Flash videos.
