Not me, that is what the medical report said :(( By rating you will be C, so you might wish to still work on your weight. Best regards, Paul.

Mostly natural. Swimming is a good way to keep fit and work your muscles without stressing your joints, unlike jogging.

Thanks, someone also recommended the swimming. I am planning to take up swimming after trimming some weights - will need a lesson in swimming since I cannot swim currently. Best regards, Paul.

That's strange because I do sports 3 to 4 times a week and I can tell you that I have more muscles then fat. ;-)

That explains it. For those of us fat, muscle is hardly in our vocab! Best regards, Paul.

lol, in addition muscle tissue is heavier than fat. (and I have to be honest, my weight shifts between 70-75 ;-), I calculated my BMI and it looks good, so no worries for me, although you got me spooked for a second )

That's one tough woman.[^] That jogging thing is pretty dangerous, I'm glad I never took it up.

Okay, after I was told I was too fat (90kg) by the yearly medical reports (2 months ago), I jogged everyday of the first 2 weeks. During the second week, while trying to give way to someone I fell so heavily, had several wounds, but pressed on to complete the rounds. The wounds are almost healed up, and I could kneel down ;) Now, jogging is one thing I enjoy so much, and I am getting proud of my weight. I will not say it is dangerous, just do not go to foxy forest. Best regards, Paul.

Just grow another 4 inches - you'll be fine then! :-D

I'm pretty sure I would not like to live in a world in which I would never be offended. I am absolutely certain I don't want to live in a world in which you would never be offended. Dave

Last year, when I heard someone talked about walking - I spent a whole day working for about 75 km, I only lost water, which I gained the next day :(( I think effective walking will only help to maintain your weight. Best regards, Paul.
