File synchronization software

I am looking for some good software that will synchronize the files on my portable drive with the files on my main hard drive. Any recommendations?

I heard good things about AllwaySync and made the mistake of replacing SyncBack free: http://www.2brightsparks.com/downloads.html[^] no one informed me that Allway sync takes extra memory based on the size of the sync job.... It ate up 2 gig on a large job and never even started.... I replaced it back with syncback. :) It also seems to be faster on the small jobs too.
