          Well it is certainly common to everyone I have spoken to. :confused: It is, as I have said, merely the sensation you get if you have been sitting down in hot weather for a bit too long and you start to sweat "down there" and for some random reason it causes a tingle - like a cross between pins and needles and an ant crawling across your skin. It isn't fun though, it is very hard to scratch effectively, so normally shifting around a bit will clear it.
