i researched on this and found that this can be done using Microsoft TAPI. can you help me in this?
You'll need a TAPI library to do this. There are a few them running around, but none of them complete implementations of TAPI 3.0. You'll also need a fully compliant TAPI capable modem to do this. That's about all the help I can give due to very limited experience.
