I've convened a preliminary planning meeting to arrange for an oversight committee to investigate the issues (usability, localisation, target demographic and business requirements) involved in such a change. I'm not saying it can't be done, but in this current economic climate one has to allocate the limited resources available in the most cost-effective manner to ensure the ROI is maximised in a way that is justifiable and suitable for all parties involved while ensuring current utilisation of said infrastructure asset is not compromised nor rendered less performant than currnet market expecations demand.
cheers, Chris Maunder
