                        I've convened a preliminary planning meeting to arrange for an oversight committee to investigate the issues (usability, localisation, target demographic and business requirements) involved in such a change. I'm not saying it can't be done, but in this current economic climate one has to allocate the limited resources available in the most cost-effective manner to ensure the ROI is maximised in a way that is justifiable and suitable for all parties involved while ensuring current utilisation of said infrastructure asset is not compromised nor rendered less performant than currnet market expecations demand.
