Well, as the subject asks, where does everyone buy computer stuff? There are so many on-line stores (including eBay) that it tends to be overwhelming. Any recommendations?

Newegg for sure. I buy a ridiculous amount of stuff there. Their prices are good and their customer service is usually really good. You get a lot of bad stuff when buying computer equipment and newegg gets stuff turned around for you fast.

I have stopped using amazon as much because too many of the products it offers aren't from amazon. I've had a couple bad experiences with tiny shops either taking forever to ship or not replacing defective merchandise.

directdial.ca only because I prefer to buy Canadian to avoid the ridiculous usurious brokerage fees the couriers put on anything they transfer across the border.

Amazon usually has it at the lowest price (and very often free shipping too).

I use TigerDirect for two main reasons. Their main warehouse is in the area so everything I order comes next day even via UPS Ground, and they have 3 outlet stores in the area with the same prices as the online store (One of them is even attached to the warehouse)

I don't claim to be a know it all, for I know that I am not...

I usually have an answer though.
