....matter of fact it's all dark" Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon still makes my hair stand on end and sends shivers down my spine even after all these years. If there is any all around finer music to code by I have yet to hear it.

I 2nd that - loud, through headphones. I also like to listen to Myths and Legends but I think that's just me!

If I knew then what I know today, then I'd know the same now as I did then - then what would be the point? .\\axxx (That's an 'M')

Wish you were here is my favourite, but those two and the Wall are all undeniably brilliant.

Wish you were here is my second favorite and The Wall 3rd. Although the writing on Wish You Were Here is just slightly better...damn, ok, Wish You Were Here and Dark Side Of The Moon are both equal on top and The Wall second. :) I find it best to listen to them straight through but no more often than once a month for maximum effect.

I do the same. Pink Floyd, like Creedence, are a band where I just feel in the mood one day and work through all the CDs I have.

It's a bit blasphemous but, if you get a chance, give Luther Wright and the Wrongs' Rebuild the Wall [^] a go.

+1 for Comfortably Numb... Although I would prefer some Led Zeppelin IV, black dog, stairway, battle of evermore, when the levee breaks, all on one album? unbeatable :D

                      I have no blog...

I've got every albums that has ever been made by Pink Floyd -- including the stuff not released in the U.S. Definitely my all time favorite band.

Also, one of the most underappreciated albums in history is Roger Waters: Amused To Death. I love all the Floyd you mentioned, but to me Amused To Death trumps them all as Waters' crowning achievement. Truly amazing.

He said, "Boy I'm just old and lonely, But thank you for your concern, Here's wishing you a Happy New Year." I wished him one back in return.
